Yhe United Methodist Women (UMW) includes all women of the church, and all are welcome. We meet on a monthly basis to create fundraising ideas, mission opportunities, and handle our business items. These meetings are filled with learning, prayer, and great snacks. While our monthly gatherings of the entire UMW are always a blast, the primary fellowship of the UMW occurs within smaller circles. Circles groups meet each month to share fellowship, prayer, devotions, and programs centered around spirituality, education, social action and mission outreach. Here are the different circles that are currently meeting:
Ruth Circle meets the 4th Monday of each month at 1pm in the Saratoga Room at Woodlawn Commons, 156 Lawrence St.
Living Springs Circle meets the 3rd Friday of each month at 10am in the church Kitchenette.
UMW Reads is a group of women that gathers monthly to discuss books, fiction or non-fiction, usually with an element of spirituality or social justice. Times and dates vary, so please contact Natalie Bollerud at 584.1192
All women are invited, and new Circles are encouraged to form.
